2 c lukewarm water
Let these sit for a few mins
2 tsp salt
3 c flour
mix together and let sit for 10 mins
Next, add 1-3 more cups flour gradually and knead for 5 minutes. Let rise about 1 hour.
Divide dough into 7-8 balls. Roll out in an oblong shape and cover with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Starting at one side, roll the dough and toppings into a tube shape and secure edges by pinching the dough.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
I use a bread mixer, which makes it easy. We like to dip them in spaghetti sauce as we eat them. Also, you can put other things in them but I don’t suggest putting the sauce in them. It makes them soggy.
